Bar Council of India and Bar Council of England and Wales Sign MoU for Lawyer and Student Exchange

The Bar Council of India and the Bar Council of England and Wales have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to facilitate exchanges between lawyers and law students of the two countries.

The agreement is being described as a landmark step in cooperation between the Indian and English legal systems. It is intended to enable professional exchanges, collaboration and shared learning, with implications for legal training and the development of practitioners in both jurisdictions.
