Spectral data transmitted by the Indian lunar spacecraft confirmed the presence of volatile hydroxyl molecules and mineral hydration signatures within high-latitude lunar soil samples, supporting theories of lunar water distribution.

ISRO mission directors confirmed that the spacecraft’s communication relay system maintained continuous high-speed data links with the Deep Space Network station in Byalalu.
