Officer trainees of the 78th Batch of the Indian Revenue Service celebrated the vibrant ‘Anubhuti 2026’ cultural festival at the National Academy of Direct Taxes campus in Nagpur, showcasing India’s rich regional diversity through artistic performances and culinary exhibitions. The annual cultural conclave brought together probationary civil servants representing diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds from across the nation. Trainees staged classical music ensembles, folk dance routines, and multilingual theatrical skits illustrating foundational themes of national integration and public service ethics.

Academy leadership commended the young probationers for organizing the multifaceted celebration, noting that understanding and cherishing cultural diversity is essential for civil servants entrusted with administering federal direct tax laws across diverse communities. The festival featured authentic regional culinary stalls prepared by officer trainees, allowing participants to experience gastronomic traditions from every corner of the country.
