Kore.ai Launches New AI Platform with India-Focused Enterprise Solutions

Enterprise AI company Kore.ai has launched Artemis, the latest generation of its agent platform designed to help businesses build, govern and optimize multi-agent AI systems at scale.

Announced on May 21, the Artemis edition is positioned as an AI-native foundation that can reduce deployment time for production-ready agents from months to days. The platform includes built-in governance, observability and operational controls enforced before agents go live.

Artemis launches initially on Microsoft Azure, integrating with Microsoft Foundry, Agent 365, Entra ID and the Microsoft Graph API. Kore.ai said the platform supports more than 40 voice and digital channels and over 300 integrations across enterprise systems including Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira and GitHub.

The company, which maintains offices in Hyderabad and operates globally, targets CIOs, CISOs and CFOs in regulated industries. Kore.ai holds SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001 and FedRAMP Moderate certifications among others. CEO Raj Koneru said the platform addresses growing enterprise demand for AI systems with compliance and reliability at scale. Artemis is available immediately through the company’s website.

Kore.ai was named a leader in Everest Group’s 2026 Agentic AI Products PEAK Matrix Assessment. The Artemis platform includes an AI component called Arch that can generate production-ready agents from plain-language objectives. Kore.ai serves more than 500 Global 2000 companies from headquarters in San Mateo, California, with India operations in Hyderabad.
