The Indian Air Force celebrated its 94th anniversary with a spectacular operational parade and aerial flypast at Hindan Air Force Base near Ghaziabad. Under the operational theme ‘Infallible, Impervious and Precise’, the event showcased advanced indigenous fighter jets, transport platforms, and attack helicopters executing precise tactical formations before senior military dignitaries and defense attaches.
Air Chief Marshal addressed the gathered parade, highlighting the force’s evolving transition toward integrated multi-domain aerospace warfare, domestic weapons integration, and space-based reconnaissance capabilities. Highlights of the air display included breathtaking aerial maneuvers by the indigenous Tejas Light Combat Aircraft, Su-30MKI fighters, Rafale jets, and precision aerobatics performed by the Sarang helicopter team.
Defense analysts noted that the Hindan celebrations underscored the accelerating push toward self-reliance in aerospace manufacturing and domestic weapons development. The ceremony concluded with solemn honors paid to fallen air warriors at the base memorial, reiterating the service’s enduring commitment to safeguarding national airspace.
