Noida-based astrology platform Astrotalk is expanding beyond digital consultations into a broader spiritual commerce business spanning e-commerce, offline retail and international markets.
Founded in 2017 by Puneet Gupta, the company reported operating revenue of 1,176 crore rupees in fiscal 2025, up 81 percent from the prior year. Its Astrotalk Store e-commerce venture, launched commercially in January 2025, generated more than 140 crore rupees in its first 12 months selling gemstones, rudraksha and related products.
Astrotalk operates across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada and Germany, with international markets contributing roughly 30 percent of consultation revenue. The company works with more than 20,000 active astrologers on a revenue-sharing model and has over eight crore registered users.
Plans include opening experiential centers in Delhi-NCR and launching a dedicated international e-commerce site targeting non-resident Indian consumers. Astrotalk is preparing for a potential public listing in 2027 and has set a revenue target of 2,000 crore rupees ahead of that process. The company has invested about 40 crore rupees in its e-commerce subsidiary.
Astrotalk Store operates at a monthly revenue run rate of about 20 crore rupees with a team of 50 to 60 employees. The platform ranks among top sellers on Amazon for several product categories and distributes through Blinkit for quick commerce. Founder Puneet Gupta has targeted 1,800 crore rupees turnover by fiscal 2026.
