Organizers revealed that the event will feature more than 135 curated films submitted from 41 countries across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The screenings will encompass international feature narratives, independent short films, environmental documentaries, and student productions.
In addition to film screenings across multiple public auditoriums and cultural centers, the festival program includes technical workshops, screenwriting masterclasses led by veteran film industry practitioners, and panel discussions on regional storytelling and digital distribution. Cultural administrators emphasized that the initiative will offer local Kashmiri youth and regional filmmakers a valuable platform to interact with global industry leaders.
Authorities in Srinagar have initiated hospitality and logistics planning, coordinating security and transport arrangements for visiting international delegates, actors, and directors attending the landmark cultural festival.
