OpenAI and Oracle expanded their partnership to allow enterprise clients to access AI models through existing Oracle Universal Cloud Credits without establishing a separate vendor relationship.
The arrangement simplifies procurement for large organizations already invested in Oracle’s cloud infrastructure. Customers can deploy OpenAI technology alongside existing enterprise applications.
The deal comes as OpenAI filed a confidential S-1 for an IPO at a valuation of roughly 852 billion dollars. Enterprise revenue has become a critical growth channel ahead of the public listing.
Oracle said the integration would roll out to select customers before a broader release later this year.
